I unboxed last week some packages on my instagram. There I received, among other things, a delicious package from Santa Maria with their new paste spices. In my package there were also ingredients to make a really delicious smoothie bowl (which you probably know I’m really happy with). During the weekend I made a really delicious smoothie bowl where one of the new paste spices from Santa Maria was to be used.

Ginger in your smoothie bowl

If you think of spices and herbs in a smoothie, how can it be? Then it’s because they also have a ginger version that is perfect for picking up your smoothie. So if you want the recipe for a really delicious smoothie bowl with ginger that also keeps you satisfied then read along.

Recipe for smoothie bowl with ginger

Smoothie bowl with ginger
Right breakfast
Total time 10 minutes
Number 1 person

Ingredients

1 Large handful of frozen berries of your choice
½ Avocado
1 Banana
1 tsp. Chia seeds
½ – 1 tsp. Santa Maria Ginger Paste
2 cup almond milk

Here’s how you do it

Mix all ingredients together in a blender or smoothie twister.

Top off your smoothie bowl with whatever you want. Here I have topped with almonds and kiwi.
notes
If you want your smoothie more thin, you can add more liquid. Conversely, if you want one that is more thick, you can add more banana.
