Remove Warts, How?

Warts are thickening in the skin caused by viruses in the skin. They are not tumors. There are more than 30 different types of viruses that can cause warts. Common warts are round in shape and have a clear border. They are most common on the hands, knees, elbows or in the face. How do you remove warts and when is it necessary to have them removed?

how to cure warts at home

Most warts disappear automatically and do not need to be removed. This can take several months to a few years. That is why many people decide to have them removed earlier, for example by a general practitioner or a skin doctor. Warts are contagious. Because warts irritate you easily pick or scratch, so you can spread the virus easily and you can get more warts. Also, others can easily become infected by the virus. It takes three to six months before someone gets warts after they have come into contact with the virus. It often happens that a person gets multiple warts because the virus is contagious.

Warts are contagious
The virus that causes warts is unfortunately contagious. It is known, for example, that warts are transmitted via:
swimming pools
gymnasiums and other gyms
personal contact

Almost everyone ever gets one or more warts in his life.

Recognize Wart. How do you recognize warts?

If you have a spot or bump on your skin, a wart is fairly easy to recognize. Warts are rounded bumps on the skin, clearly delimited. They can feel rough. But there are different types of warts.

The most common warts are hard and stiff and look a bit like a callus bump . They often sit on hands, fingers, knees elbows, face.

Flat warts. These warts are rather flat and skin-colored or a bit brown in color. They are a few millimeters wide. The surface is smooth. You often see these warts on arms, legs or in the face.

Foot warts are on the soles of the feet, which can be affected. There are two types of foot warts:

A thorn-wart is a kind of thorn and is painful. This wart has grown in depth as a kind of root. It feels like there is a thorn in your foot, hence the name. It is not always easy to see if there is a corn or thorn-wart. If you push the side of a thorn wart, it hurts, while with a corn it only hurts when you press the thorn.

The mosaic wart is like a kind of floor on the skin and expands further. It often seems as if this type of wart has cracks, which he owes the name mosaic wart, but it is actually a collection of small and larger warts that spread.

What should we/do not eat?

What is good for you and what better to leave? At the end of 2015 the new ‘Guidelines for good nutrition’ appeared. We have listed what you need per day to stay as healthy as possible.

The Good Nutrition Guidelines form the basis for nutrition education. They have been drawn up by the Health Council, a scientific advisory body for the government. The previous guidelines are now almost ten years old and were mainly about nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, fibers and fats.

But nutrients that you do not buy in the store. You do not put fibers or fats in your shopping cart. Milk, sprouts and bread. How healthy are foods? To answer this question, the Health Council has already for the first time already investigated the relationship between what we eat and drink and chronic diseases, such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases and diabetes . This shows that we can eat more of some foods and others less.

More fruits and vegetables – Why is it healthy?

We have known that they are healthy for a long time, but now it is also known why: fruit and vegetables lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke.

How much do you need?

At least 200 grams of vegetables (that reduces the risk of a heart attack or stroke by 10 percent) and 200 grams of fruit (that reduces the risk even by 30 percent). How big the effect is if you have enough vegetables and those that eat 2 pieces of fruit is not exactly known. That recommended amount is much more than we now eat: on average 125 grams of vegetables and even less fruit (men eat only 90 grams of fruit daily and women 120 grams).

More Nuts – Why is it healthy?

Nuts reduce the unfavorable LDL cholesterol level and the risk of a heart attack.

How much do you need?

A completely new advice: eat at least 15 grams of nuts or peanuts per day. With two whole walnuts (or another portion of 15 grams) you reduce the risk of a heart attack by 20 percent. Do take unsalted nuts, because too much salt can negate the beneficial effects of nuts.

New insights?

Nuts were previously always seen as fat and calorie bombs and therefore not recommended. Yet it is healthy to eat them, according to research.

More whole grain cereal products – Why is it healthy?

Whole grain cereal products not only contain a lot of fiber, which is good for the intestines, they also lower blood pressure and the risk of a heart attack and stroke, as is now known. Oat products such as oatmeal have been proven to have a cholesterol-lowering effect. This is due to the special fiber in oats: beta-glucan.

How much do you need?

At least 90 grams per day; that is, about 3 wholemeal sandwiches or 2 serving spoons of brown rice with the hot meal. This reduces the risk of a heart attack by 25 percent.

Does brown bread count?

Wholemeal bread is of course better, but the healthy effects have also been found in products with at least 25 percent wholegrain, such as brown bread. Furthermore, there is wholegrain: oatmealmuesli, wholegrain pasta, brown rice, couscous, quinoa and bulgur.

New insight

In contrast to wholemeal grain products, scientists have found no effects on health for potatoes.

More legumes – Why is it healthy?

Legumes lower the unfavorable LDL cholesterol level. Or, because legumes reduce the risk of a heart attack, according to the Health Council has not yet been proven.

How much do you need?

How much you exactly need it is not yet known, but the Health Council advises a portion of legumes every week. For example beans, lentils or chickpeas. Incidentally, more than half of the Dutch do not or hardly eat them now.

Tea – Why is it healthy?

Tea lowers blood pressure and reduces the chance of a stroke.

How much do you need?

As far as we know, the Netherlands is the only country that officially recommends tea: 3 cups of tea daily. That reduces the chance of a stroke by 10 percent.

New insights?

Green tea is even healthier than black tea. To reduce blood pressure, at least 3 cups of green tea and at least 5 cups of black tea are required.

Dairy – Why is it healthy?

Traditionally, dairy was especially good for the bones, but the Health Council now concludes that it also reduces the risk of colon cancer.

How much do you need?

The amount we now consume (390 grams for men and 325 for women) is excellent, says the Health Council. The risk of bowel cancer is 15 percent lower at 400 grams of dairy per day. Healthy effects have also been found specifically for milk and yoghurt. A glass of milk of 200 grams per day reduces the risk of colon cancer by 10 percent and 60 grams of yogurt per day reduces the risk of diabetes type 2 by 15 percent.

New insights?

Full yogurt and fatty cheese ‘may’! In research, no difference was found between dairy with different fat contents. It seems that the fats from dairy are not as unhealthy as always thought.

Less alcohol – Why is it unhealthy?

Alcohol increases the risk of breast cancer and colon cancer.

How much do you need?

This is a difficult issue because alcohol has not only negative effects, but also positive effects (for example on cardiovascular diseases) in moderate use. On balance, a favorable effect was found with: every day a glass of alcohol, for both men and women. Those who know how to keep them, have 15 percent less chance of premature death than teetotallers. Nevertheless, the Health Council is strict and advises not to drink alcohol at all. Or at least not more than one glass a day.

Two more new advice

Oily fish once a week

Fish twice a week, of which once greasy, that was the old advice. It now appears that once a week fish, preferably fatty fish, is enough. That gives 15 percent less chance of dying from a heart attack.

As little as possible sugary drinks

Fruit juices, iced tea and thick juice also fall under sugar-based drinks. It makes you fat and who drinks a can per day increases the risk of diabetes by 20 percent. Better take tea or coffee without sugar or water.

How To Shave With A Classic Razor?

Double Edge Safety Razors have existed for more than 100 years and were used a lot in the past. In today’s fast-paced world, most men shave electrically or with a razor with interchangeable blades. Only the real purists who take all the time for a real shaving experience now use the classic razors. But lately, more and more men are seeing the light.

So look at our shaving package . You can then purchase everything you need!

What is a safety razor?

Muhle-R89A classic razor is fully called a double edge safety razor. The name says it all: it is a classic razor with a knife that is sharp on both sides. That in contrast to the single blade blades that are only sharp on one side. In the past, these double edge safety razors were the standard, before the exchangeable razor blades with sometimes 4 or 5 blades came on the market.

Why should I use a classic razor?

There are several reasons for choosing a Safety Razor over the popular Gillette razors or for example Wilkinson.

1. Save costs: derby bladesIt is no secret that the Gillette or Wilkinson blades are not very cheap and need to be replaced regularly. The double edge blades used for a safety razor cost just a little more than 1 euro for 5 copies. In addition, these blades shave on two sides, so they also wear less quickly.

2. Smoother shaving: The double edge safety razors are often thinner because they contain only one knife. This makes it easier to sharpen difficult surfaces.

3. Better shave: Probably the most important reason for the avid users is simply a smoother result. The knife is closer to the skin and can therefore give a better result.

But many men are often afraid to cut themselves with a classic razor and think it takes much more time.

How should I use a safety razor?

Yes, learning to shave well with a classic razor takes some time. It is an art that you have to teach yourself. First times are often not quite as expected or fall against and there is shaving with a safety razor no exception. So have patience and you see that it is paid out. Checkout Lextron Corporation for some safe and proper shaving tips.

1. Do not apply pressure: Safety razors are not razors that need pressure for a smooth shave. The more pressure you exert, the greater the chance that you cut yourself. The safety razor should gently glide along your face and smooth the stubborn stubble without too much pressure.

2. Growth direction: Shaving right AngleIt is important to know the growth direction of your beard. Everyone is different and different parts of your beard can grow in a different direction. So always shave with the direction of growth and shave with an angle of 30 degrees. Start slowly and make short strokes. Although double edge safety razors are sharp on both sides, do not shave back and forth, because that results in wounds or irritation.

3. Tight skin: These classic razors shave best on flat, tight skin. So use your free hand to tighten the skin tightly so that the knife glides smoothly over it.

4. Choose the right knife: There are several double edge razor blades that you can put in a safety razor. These double edge razor blades have different sharpnesses ranging from 1 to 5. When you start, do not choose the sharpest blade.

5. Rinse regularly: Although the razor shaves on both sides, it is important to rinse off the knife or keep it in the water after a few large strokes. That prevents your razor from becoming blocked.

Conclusion:

Although it requires more work and practice, there is no shave as smooth as with safety razors. Certainly in the beginning it may take a bit more time, but once you get the taste it does not take much more time than shaving with your Gillette or Wilkinson.

Your girlfriend or wife will also be grateful if you shave with such a stylish knife, because your face has never felt so smooth and it is also not that expensive. So they happy and you happy. Good luck!
